Canvas, Fabric & Vinyl Awnings

Our "Fabri Frame" canvas awning system utilizes an extruded aluminum frame which can be covered with a variety of fabrics or vinyl. All fabrication is done in-house utilizing a revolutionary staple-in system which eliminates the need for costly sewing machinery and provides a better finished product. Additional services include graphics, protective coatings, and replacement awnings.
Awning Design
Our awning designs begin with CAD drawings that may be used for permitting your awning. Every awning that we fabricate utilizes a revolutionary staple-in system that is superior to every other fastening system. Our framing systems utilize aluminum tubing members for a strong and rust free framing system. Our awnings provide beautification and practical functionality that last for many years.
Awning Fabric Materials
Fabric materials are a critical consideration for any awning. Whether it is longevity, weathering resistance, aesthetics or design needs such as backlit graphics, every awning project has its own unique set of requirements. We offer materials including standard heavy duty canvas, solution dyed acrylic, and vinyl laminated polyester that have varying characteristics for mildew resistance, fading, flame resistance and service life. We use only the top awning fabrics produced by Sunbrella and TriVantage to insure that our customers receive a quality awning system.
Awning Graphics
Graphics are a value added service provided by Ray-O-Lite. We provide options for custom graphics including lettering and logos to your Window Awning or Door Awning. Awning graphics help new customers to discover your business and promote brand development through visual advertising.
Our graphics options include:
- Eradication which is a process through which the top color is removed to reveal a white base which may be used as-is or used as a base for the application of any graphics. This creates the optimum presentation for backlit awnings.
- Adhesive Graphics are patterns or shapes which are cut from adhesive vinyl film and applied directly to the awning material. Colored graphics may be applied over an eradicated area to enhance any backlit applications.
